Healthier this year!

If you happen to follow me since I started blogging, you probably knew how I practice vegetarian diet. However, the past year, 2012, I was able to stop it because here in my new place, it is very difficult for me to lurk for vegetarian food and restaurant.

I wish to continue with my vegetarian diet this year and to continue my daily treadmill work-out also. Maybe, if I cant’ do treadmill, I will just opt to try Zumba sessions everyday even just more or less 30 minutes every day.

Hopefully, I could follow these mentioned healthier plans of mine until the year ends then.
