Would you believe that stress helps people focus?
A recent study conducted in Southern California revealed that stress helps people focus in the brighter side of any situation. This is very opposite to what we are thinking that when stressed, one cannot have a focus on the things needed to be done.
“Stress seems to help people learn from positive feedback,” said Mara Mather, one of the authors of the study conducted, from the University of Southern California.
