A week from now, I will be having my Videonystagmography (VNG) Test for my vertigo. All of the necessary preparations like full rest, diet and exercise, are just some of my daily routine lined in my check list which I need to do since the last day of our exams.

As I have said before, this is my first time to have this test and am very kin on learning the basics of the test procedures aside from what I have learned in our class. Along with my preparations, is reading and lurking about what really a videonystagmography (VNG) test is, other diseases and illnesses related to vertigo, ear complications and the like.Upon doing research about videonystagmography (VNG) test, I also bumped into tinnitus. It is a disorder in the ear wherein one perceives a sound but actually absent from the external or environment. I was getting curious about this because, sometimes, I experience hearing a ringing or tingling sounds but not actually present. But maybe, those were just due to prolong use of earphones, as for me. In my case, I will just get myself ready and prepare for my videonystagmography (VNG) test and if whatever results, hopefully, a good result, I might be seeing back my EENT for other stuffs to be done for my vertigo.
