Radiation from Fukushima Nuclear Plant detected in the Philippines

I just recently received an e mail newsletter regarding the radiation activity rising within the vicinity of the Philippines. Since I have no TV set of my own, email services such as newsletter is just the easiest and most convenient in my case.

Anyway, in the newsletter, it has been said that the radioactive isotopes of Cesium and Iodide from the recently damaged Fukushima Nuclear Plants in Japan has already been detected in the Philippines. The detected levels, though, is still at its SAFE ZONE and no possible harmful effects yet for Filipinos.

The newsletter made me speechless. I do not know whether to get mad Smiley because of the detected radioactive present in the country or be glad that it’s still on it’s safe zone. Smiley
