Since I graduated my undergraduate degree last April 2009 and just do nothing at home, I started gaining weight. As I have observed, this is just due to my new daily routine which is a very sedentary lifestyle – eat, sleep, eat and sleep. That all!And when I enrolled in medical school last June 2009, I was somehow glad that some things were added to my eat – sleep routine, which is study. Does it matter? Whew! Accordingly, it somehow, add some caloric burning to me, I felt stress and my mind are working. Indeed, calorie burning. However, I found out, that I gain more weight. Being stress, mentally, makes me crave of carbic foods. Yum! Yum! And more, after school, I eat, rest (just like sleeping) then study. How can I burn fats?
With my desperation to lose weight, I looked for natural way to get slimmer, I mean, to get back my bowdey! But I just bumped into gyrotonics. I actually, prefer to do sports, but with my hectic school schedules, I just prefer aerobics. However, as I discovered gyrotonics, I realized it’s a more healthy way to lose weight and maintain body’s immune system healthy.
