I can’t remember exactly what I have eaten that cause me to experience flatulence. Maybe it is just bearable if it’s only flatus, but in my case, I also have abdominal discomfort and it’s not an ordinary discomfort but really a painful one.


I tried digging up the things I have done and the food an drinks I ate from the past days. But still I can’t figure out how this flatulence really came and became this such. So what I did, I just tried to change the food I ate from the day this uneasy feeling started and in this way, hoping this could alleviate my painful stomach.
