- Work out or Exercise – having a fit body is important to make us strong so we can do things that we are task to do. We can have a fit body through work out or exercise. Furthermore, in exercise, sweat will come out of the body which is the body unwanted fats that make physical appearance of a person older. Exercise gives the benefits of having healthy and beautiful skin.
- Having a healthy diet- A healthy diet comes from eating balance meal; such as enough carbohydrates, protein and fiber. Watching what we eat is necessary to avoid different illnesses and diseases such as heart failure, kidney disease, liver diabetes, and many more.
Speaking of diabetes, this disease is a common health problem for many people. Diabetes is a problem in the way our bodies make or uses insulin. Diabetes is a long term disease that can lead to complications to other sickness if not treated well.
There are two types of diabetes, type 1 and 2. Type 2 diabetes is more common due to the fact that most people who have diabetes are in type 2.
