I have this very bad instinct that in this very young age I am already suffering from orthostatic hypotension.
I have just noticed this because when I was about to pick a titeflex teflon hose which was located at the lower-most part of the shelf in the grocery store, and when I suddenly stood up, I felt nauseated and almost to lose consciousness. Good enough I was with M that time and he managed to hold me.
That incidence actually didn’t happened once but almost every time I sit or in supine and suddenly stand up, I always feel nauseated. Maybe, I guess, I am suffering from orthostatic hypotension then. But I am not sure though because I haven’t checked my blood pressure. And that’s actually my most feared thing — to know my personal health status.
