A new study revealed that trying to lose weight in a circle of friends who are into losing weight as well, could make the goal much more attainable.
Do not follow and take me as an example because, lately, I only do my treadmill workouts whenever I remembers to do so. Haha! And yeah, up until now, I still am having my packs of baby fats with me. Is this because I am just alone doing the treadmill workouts? Or maybe, I am just too lazy to think of losing weight anymore? Haha!
So guys, if you want to lose weight, try to flock to those friends or people who are aiming the same thing as yours.
