If you could still remember my post asking if am I fat, today, things are getting worse according to my friends. I shouldn’t be asking it anymore but rather How to Get Rid of Unwanted Belly Fats?.
One of them said that I should start doing the belly dancing. Others said I’ll try exercising using a hula-hoop specifically a teflon hose. I know they’re just kidding at me but sometimes, I could tell myself that I really need to lose those belly fats away.
What about you? Can you suggest simple but attainable way for me to get rid of these unwanted belly fats?
