I need Videonystagmography (VNG) Test

When I was diagnosed suffering from vertigo, I have no other things to do but to limit physical movements because I feel nauseated then by then in almost every move I do especially my head. For a day, I just had to stay at home and nothing else to do but stay in bed.My EENT (Ears, Eyes, Nose and Throat) Specialist prescribed me a number of medicines to be taken for three days. After I am done taking those medicines, I went back to his clinic and had my follow-up check-up. Since I was still not feeling good after the three-day medication, I was still experiencing bouts of dizziness and headache plus blurring of vision. This time, he requested and referred me to have a videonystagmography (VNG) test.

The doctor suggested to have my VNG test done just days after our final exams so I could still have enough time to rest before the said test. Personally, I have not yet experienced it and this will be my very first time to have the test. Though in our classes, we have somehow, discussed some of the procedures and principles regarding the said test, I still cannot imagine myself being a patient now and be tested with VNG. I am feeling nervous and thinking not to pursue with the test now. I do not know. Well, I still have a week to decide, prepare and make myself calm. Hope things will be doing good, not to mention my health.
