Hard Habit to Break: SLEEPING

Indeed so difficult to be in a medical school. On the first day of class, we were told to slowly change our lifestyle adapting the medical students’ life. And for 12 days now, I still can’t break my habit of sleeping in a long hours a night. I used to just be asleep since summer (April and May 2009) from 8 PM to 5 AM, and gosh, this is what I still have now. At around 7 PM, I am very sleepy already. And at weekends, I am still stealing my time to sleep, and even forget to check my blogs. How then would I able to read lots of chapters a night?

    Hello! What would you advice to aspiring doctors? I am still in a pre-med course. What do you suggest I do to prepare for med school? 🙂 Should I be studying something…advanced reading…break any habit? :))
