Epidemiology: Natural History of Disease

Natural history of disease, by the way, is the progression of patient’s condition from the onset of exposure to the causal agent up to the recovery or even death of the patient.

Basically, each disease has different natural history depending on each patient. I have here below an example of a certain disease and its natural history (possibly, but this still differ from patient to patient).
