A new research which was published in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggested that a glass or maybe two of beer or even wine a day could help bones strong. However, opting to have a glass of hard liquor, which I prefer more instead of beer, eventually weaken the bones.
As studied, men who take in a glass or two of beer or wine daily had denser bones compared to those who doesn’t. Moreover, for those who chose more than 2 glasses of hard liquor a day, are having lower bone mineral density compared to who just take 1 or two glasses of hard liquor.
Beer is one excellent source of silicon. Silicon is a mineral which is needed for bone health that has become increasingly rare in the modern diet. However, me, myself don’t prefer beer. I want hard liquor more than beer or wine.
